Tyler Koester, a native of Summerville, South Carolina, relocated to Columbia to pursue his college education. In 2015, he graduated from the University of South Carolina with a double major in Political Science and History, laying a solid foundation for his future career in the legal field.
Immediately after completing his undergraduate studies, Tyler embarked on his professional journey as a Civil Litigation Paralegal. His role encompassed working on cases involving both Insurance Defense and Plaintiffs work, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of various aspects of civil litigation.
During his tenure at the firm, Tyler demonstrated a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. He pursued and obtained his Paralegal Certificate from the University of South Carolina, enhancing his qualifications and expertise in the legal domain.
In January 2021, Tyler joined the esteemed Law Office of Lori S. Murray, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and experience in civil litigation. His extensive background in handling diverse legal matters, coupled with his academic achievements, makes him an invaluable addition to the firm.

Ronnie Hinson is a retired law enforcement officer having 25 years of service to the State of South Carolina. He has a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of South Carolina and is a graduate of the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy.
Ronnie began his career with the Richland County Sheriff’s Department in 1998 where he achieved the rank of Senior Investigator and later transitioned to the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) as a Senior Agent.
After working with SLED, Ronnie returned to the Richland County Sheriff’s Department and late transferred to the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office. He ultimately retired from public service in 2023. Ronnie has multiple years of investigative experience in all facets of law enforcement and has investigated multiple major crimes including multiple homicides throughout his career. He has also completed multiple law enforcement training courses/classes in interview and interrogation and other investigative techniques.
Since his retirement, Ronnie has worked for the private sector investigator assisting in all types of criminal and civil cases. Ronnie is married, has two children and lives in Lexington sc.
